On another note, I was looking for a tasty dairy free, cold
dessert and came across these scrumptious morsels. Check them out at:
They are easy and quick to make and a fun treat to make with
the whole family. You can pick any of your favourite nut butters, this time I used natural peanut butter and they were deeee-licious! Here is how mine turned
out, ok not as fancy as the link but they still taste amazing.
The only problem with these cool
ice cream bites is you can’t just have one. Enjoy and happy baking… or in this case
freezing.
Fun Fact of the day:
If you are not able to eat eggs or you follow a
vegan lifestyle, you can replace eggs in almost any recipe with flax eggs. Take
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed and add 3 tablespoons of water. Mix together
well and then place in refrigerator for about 15 minutes and you will have a
sticky egg substitute.
