Feed your Body!

Good Fats

Happy New Year everyone! What a great holiday season. It was so good I didn't have time for any posts but now that were back in action so will the posts.

I played with a new recipe today that focuses on feeding your body healthy fats while keeping carbohydrates low. I actually got it from a new book called, KETO CLARITY by Jimmy Moore.  All that is in these little guys is almond butter, ghee, coconut oil and some stevia. I heated the ingredients up enough to mix together and then I poured the mixture into an ice cube tray and put it in the freezer.


This is how they turned out. Perfect grab and go energy pops, well they really are more like blocks but they are good!
