Happy Fall everyone! I think it is finally here with the temperature drop today. I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend, so many things to be grateful for!
Switching things up from baking I thought I would share this tasty snack. Portobello mushroom pizzas! These make a great snack, or you can incorporate it to be a full meal by adding a salad or side veg.
What you need:
-Portobello mushrooms (as many as you would like to make)
-Pizza/tomato sauce (I used some organic spaghetti sauce)
-Chopped up peppers
-Goatsarella (goats cheese)
-Ground meat or chicken (optional)
Simply wash the Portobello mushrooms and dry off. Then lightly dust with some coconut oil and pre-cook the caps in the oven at 375 degrees for about 5-7 min
