Sweet Squash!

Looking for sweet but healthy??? I thought this would be the perfect recipe to share just before the weekend to keep you on track. If you’re anything like me you love the sweets, but this recipe avoids any added sugars making it super clean!

Squash of any kind always tastes extra amazing when you add a little sweetness, so this time instead of using brown sugar or maple syrup, try CARROTS!


Take 1 Butternut Squash, about 2-3 Carrots and steam them together until cooked. Then with some butter or ghee place veggies in a food processor with a splash of apple cider vinegar and blend until smooth. The end result is a scrumptious buttery sweet side dish.
