Pulled Chicken?

Meal Prep

Many people comment that they don’t have enough time to prep healthy meals, but it can be a lot easier than you think. The crock pot can be a real life saver if you just take it out of your cupboard or closet wherever you have it tucked away and USE it. Here is our new favourite crock pot dish...

It may not look amazing but it tastes great!

Pulled Chicken
6-7 chicken breasts
1 Jar of Organic Salsa (watch the sugar content)
Taco spice flavouring (I made my own mix)

Place all of the ingredients into your crock pot, mix in the spices and then let it cook for 6 hours. The result, the chicken is so tender you can mash it with a fork and BAM, you have Pulled Chicken! You can eat it on its own, in rice wraps, or over veggies.  It doesn’t get much easier than that. And the best part is, it gives you lots of left overs for the remainder of the week.
