Chocolate and Peanut
Butter
With all the cold days we have been having there is no better place to be than
in the kitchen. I have still been experimenting with some higher fat recipes
that are portable and give you a good energy boost. The most recent are these
yummy bars...
They are so simple and yet so satisfying. All you need is
some coconut oil, cocoa powder, stevia to taste, vanilla, natural peanut
butter, cinnamon and a dash of sea salt! Mix the first 4 ingredients in a
pan over low heat to melt the coconut oil, and then pour into a baking dish. Then
mix the P.B and cinnamon and drizzle over the coconut/cocoa mixture, and sprinkle with a little sea salt. Place dish in the freezer and enjoy! I made these the other night and they are almost all gone already.
