Easter Eggs???

Happy Easter

Happy Easter everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend spent with your families and if you weren't able to do that, I hope you had some good quality YOU time to what you wanted. We were able to have a family dinner but not until tonight, and it was delicious! Scrumptious food everywhere and I got to bring the dessert J

I decided to experiment with a raw dessert that required no baking and it was a hit! I like to call it the Raw Chocolate Cheesecake Bar! Well minus the cheese. The filling was made from cashews! This is another one I will definitely be remaking for future family events.

I also treated us to some Easter Eggs, I just couldn't resist.

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs:
1 cup of peanut butter
2-4 tbs coconut flour
2-4 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of sea salt
Dark Chocolate/Chocolate Chips

Take all the ingredients except the chocolate and mix together. Shape mixture into little eggs and lay them out on a parchment/wax paper lined cookie sheet. Place in freezer to firm. Then melt chocolate adding a little coconut oil to thin the chocolate. Then dip the peanut butter eggs into the melted chocolate and place them back on the cookie sheet and again place in the freezer to firm. EAT!

They were amazing! Exactly like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups!!! And when you know where the treats are coming from and what is in them, you don’t even feel guilty for indulging!
